Abstract
El estudio presentó como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los padres de familia con la educación virtual en una institución educativa privada de nivel inicial del distrito de La Esperanza, 2021. Siendo un estudio de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo y diseño no experimental, que hace referencia a la observación y recolección de información en un ambiente natural, es decir no se presentará ninguna modificación de la variable ni el contexto. Se utilizó como muestra a 15 padres de familia de los niños del aula de 4 años de la Institución Educativa Privada “Genius del Millenium”. Se emplearon como técnicas la recolección bibliográfica y la encuesta, y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados mostraron que 13.3% de padres alcanzó nivel de satisfacción medio y 86.7% nivel de satisfacción alto para educación virtual, respectivamente. Para el primer objetivo específico se obtuvo que el 6.7% de encuestados consideran que el nivel de satisfacción respecto a la disposición del estudiante es bajo, a diferencia del 73.3% quienes consideran que se encuentran en un nivel medio, y finalmente el 20.0% indican que el nivel de satisfacción respecto a la disposición del estudiante es alto. Por lo que, se llegó a la conclusión que el nivel de satisfacción de los padres de familia con la educación virtual en una institución educativa privada de nivel inicial del distrito de la Esperanza es alto.
The objective of the study was to determine the level of satisfaction of parents with virtual education in a private initial level educational institution in the district of La Esperanza, 2021. Being a basic type study, quantitative approach, descriptive scope and non-specific design. experimental, which refers to the observation and collection of information in a natural environment, that is, no modification of the variable or the context will be presented. 15 parents of children in the 4-year-old classroom of the Private Educational Institution “Genius del Millenium” were used as a sample. Bibliographic collection and the survey were used as techniques, and the questionnaire as an instrument. The results showed that 13.3% of parents reached a medium level of satisfaction and 86.7% reached a high level of satisfaction for virtual education, respectively. For the first specific objective, it was obtained that 6.7% of respondents consider that the level of satisfaction regarding the student's disposition is low, unlike 73.3% who consider that they are at a medium level, and finally 20.0% indicate that The level of satisfaction with the student's disposition is high. Therefore, it was concluded that the level of satisfaction of parents with virtual education in a private initial level educational institution in the Esperanza district is high.
