Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas pre profesionales tiene como objetivo Determinar el consumo y costo de Omeprazol 20mg y sus equivalentes comerciales (omiprax, sorgazol) de un establecimiento farmacéutico del distrito de Trujillo, Marzo – Agosto 2021. Para esto se tomó una muestra de estudio en función al principio activo del omeprazol 20mg cápsula, para lo cual los datos de consumo de unidades dispensadas fueron expresados en Dosis Diaria Definida (DDD) por 1000 habitantes por día. Estos datos fueron extraídos de la Base de datos del sistema Fx. Farma versión 3.4. También se empleó la formula CA = U X P, donde CA es el costo absoluto del medicamento. Se determinó el consumo de unidades dispensadas, siendo el medicamento más dispensado omeprazol genérico con 2918 unidades, seguido de Omiprax con 2085 unidades y sorgazol con 2001 unidades. La DHD mensual más alta para omeprazol, omiprax y sorgazol fue en el mes de agosto con 0.28, 0.20 y 0.19 respectivamente. Además, se determinó el costo mensual siendo el más alto sorgazol con S/ 358.2, seguido de omiprax con S/ 316.5 y por ultimo omeprazol con S/ 85.5.
ABSTRACT The objective of this report on pre-professional practices is to determine the consumption and cost of Omeprazole 20mg and its commercial equivalents (omiprax, sorgazole) in a pharmaceutical establishment in the district of Trujillo, March - August 2021. For this, a study sample was taken in function to the active principle of omeprazole 20mg capsule, for which the consumption data of units dispensed were expressed in Defined Daily Dose (DDD) per 1000 inhabitants per day. These data were extracted from the Fx System Database. Pharma version 3.4. The formula CA = U X P was also used, where CA is the absolute cost of the drug. The consumption of dispensed units was determined, with generic omeprazole being the most dispensed medication with 2918 units, followed by Omiprax with 2085 units and sorgazole with 2001 units. The highest monthly DHD for omeprazole, omiprax, and sorgazole was in August at 0.28, 0.20, and 0.19, respectively. In addition, the monthly cost was determined, being the highest sorgazole with S/ 358.2, followed by omiprax with S/ 316.5 and finally omeprazole with S/ 85.5.
