Abstract
Las condiciones laborales son aquellas variables que determinan la relación del hombre con su entorno sociolaboral; cuya correcta aplicación reivindican la dignidad y los derechos que posee cada trabajador, de esta forma se encuentra ligada a responder a las necesidades que se manifiestan en base a los espacios físicos, medios y materiales, jornadas de trabajo, relaciones interpersonales y desenvolvimiento profesional. Esta investigación se enfoca en la realidad laboral de la Sede Central Gobierno Regional La Libertad, donde se describe como las condiciones laborales tienen influencia en la satisfacción laboral de cada trabajador; donde se manifiestan la mayor parte resultados y respuestas negativas desde la percepción de los colaboradores; quienes no identifican la mayoría de los beneficios obtenidos por parte de su institución. La metodología que se utilizó en esta investigación fue el descriptivo, el analítico – sintético y el estadístico; asimismo se utilizaron técnicas como la encuesta y la entrevista que permitieron obtener resultados tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos los cuales han facilitado la comprensión de cada indicador. Los resultados descritos en este informe explican la influencia de seis condiciones laborales en la satisfacción laboral manifestadas por los trabajadores de la Sede Central del Gobierno Regional La Libertad, cuyos resultados apertura la intervención del trabajo social.
ABSTRACT Working conditions are those variables that determine the relationship of men with their social and labour environment; whose correct application claim the dignity and rights that each worker possesses, in this way it is linked to respond to the needs that are manifested based on physical, medium and material spaces, working days, interpersonal relations and professional development. This research focuses on the labor reality headquarters of the Regional Government freedom, where it is described how working conditions have an influence on the job satisfaction of each worker; where negative results are manifested from the perception of the employees; who do not identify the benefits obtained by their institution. The methodology used in this research was descriptive, analytical - synthetic and statistical; techniques such as the survey and the interview were also used, which allowed to obtain quantitative and qualitative results that facilitate the understanding of each indicator. The results described in this report explain the influence of six working conditions on job satisfaction manifested by the workers headquarters of the Regional Government freedom, whose results open the intervention of social work.
