Abstract
El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación denominado “SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN WEB PARA MEJORAR LA GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE INVESTIGACIÓN CIENTÍFICA DEL DOCENTE DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE TRUJILLO”, tiene como finalidad mejorar la gestión de proyectos de investigación científica, formulando una propuesta de solución que influye significativamente en la mejora del proceso actual. En la actualidad el proceso de registro, seguimiento y evaluación de los proyectos subvencionados con FEDU (Fondos Ordinarios) se da en forma mecánica, teniendo como guía de trabajo el “Reglamento para la Gestión de Actividades de Investigación Científica dentro de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo”. Ejecutando un análisis general en cada uno de los procesos involucrados de dicha gestión, se determinó que el proceso radicaba una demora significativa para poder realizar reportes del control y seguimiento de los proyectos de investigación en curso y/o culminados, así mismo como el control de investigadores asignados en un proyecto. Por lo cual, como ayuda para la automatización y mejora de control se da el desarrollo de un sistema web, el cual ayudará a optimizar tiempos y mejorar el Medio Ambiente gracias a la reducción de materiales que se utilizan en los procesos. Para la implantación del Sistema de Información Web, se desarrolla la metodología RUP, la cual se encuentra plasmada en la presente tesis. Luego de la implantación del Sistema de Información Web, estamos seguros que la reducción de costes y tiempo de elaboración de reportes de la gestión será inminente, de la misma forma la mejora del nivel de satisfacción del usuario final y de los internos de la Dirección de Investigación.
Description
The development of this research work called "information system WEB to improve the management of scientific research projects of the "NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF TRUJILLO", aims to improve the management of scientific research projects, and formulating a proposal for a solution that significantly influences improvement of the current process. Currently registration, monitoring and evaluation of projects funded with FEDU (ordinary funds) is given in the form mechanics, having as guide to working the "regulation for the management of activities of research scientific within the University National of Trujillo". Running a general analysis in each of the processes involved in the management, it was determined that the process was a significant delay in order to make reports of the control and monitoring of ongoing research projects or culminated, same as the researchers assigned a project control. So, like support for automation and improvement of control given the development of a web system, which will help to optimize time and improve the environment through the reduction of materials used in the process. For the implementation of the system of information Web, develops the RUP methodology, which is embodied in this thesis. After the implementation of the system of information website, we are sure that cost reduction and reporting of management time will be imminent, in the same way the improvement of the level of satisfaction of the end user and the inmates at the direction of research.
