Abstract
ABSTRACT The objective of this research work was to evaluate the effect of inoculation of Bacillus spp. in seedlings of Passiflora edulis form. Flavicarpa in La Libertad. 14 strains of the genus Bacillus sp. were selected. from the collection of the Soil and Foliar Analysis Laboratory of the School of Agronomy, which were isolated from different crops. The selected bacteria were seeded on nutrient agar to check their purity and then a Gram stain was performed to corroborate if they were Gram positive (+), an inherent characteristic of the genus Bacillus The inoculations were carried out individually in Passiflora edulis form. Flavicarpa at a population density of 1 x 108 UFC.ml-1. There were a total of three inoculations with a dose of 15ml/bag and fertilization was carried out with La Molina Hydroponic Solution every 20 days after planting. The results were obtained under greenhouse conditions in a Balanced Latex Design of 42 in a block of 4 experimental units with 5 replicates. It was evidenced that there was a significant difference only in the accumulation of root dry matter (p=0.001<0.10), treatment 6 obtained a better result, with an increase in root dry matter of 94.03% with respect to control 2. Likewise, it was also show encouraging effects on other evaluated variables that, despite not presenting significant statistical differences, have had an impact on the development of the seedling.
