Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los motivos de devoluciones de los productos farmacéuticos al almacén de una droguería de Lima, periodo Enero-Junio 2020 y se realizó el estudio mediante un diseño descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo, en base un procedimiento propuesto por el establecimiento. Se evidenció que los motivos de devoluciones con mayor porcentaje son por mal estado (44%), seguido por vencimiento cercano (43%), falla de calidad (5%), retiro de lote del mercado (4%) y por último orden de compra anulada y error picking (2%). Con respecto a su almacén destino de los productos farmacéuticos devueltos, se derivaron a recuperables (52%), vencimiento cercano (21%), separaciones (15%), bajas o rechazados (9%) y disponible (3%) que fueron revisados por el profesional Químico Farmacéutico.
ABSTRACT The objective of this research work was to determine the reasons for returns of pharmaceutical products in the warehouse of a drugstore in Lima, period January-June 2020 and the study was carried out through a descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective design, based on a procedure proposed by the establishment. It was evidenced that the reasons for the returns with the highest percentage are due to poor condition (44%), followed by near expiration (43%), quality failure (5%), withdrawal of the lot from the market (4%) and last order purchase canceled and picking error (2%). Regarding the warehouse of destination of the returned pharmaceutical products, they were derived to recoverable (52%), closed expirations (21%), separations (15%), withdrawals or rejected (9%) and available (3%) that were reviewed by the professional pharmaceutical chemist.
