dc.descriptionThe purpose of this work of professional sufficiency is to publicize the problem of how the work environment directly influences the performance of workers in the factory area and in turn directly affects the production, capacity and workers in the factory area of the agro-industrial company Casa Grande S.A.A., during the years 2016 – 2021. The research was carried out with a sample of 60 workers, from a total population of 629 workers from the different sections of the factory area; constituted of stable workers, workers of agrarian regime, workers of servis; from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. The fundamental results found indicate that the work environment directly influences the work performance of the workers, reaching a cause-effect on the degree of capacity, time and productivity of the worker in the factory area of the Casa Grande agro-industrial, relating the good or deteriorated work environment that exists with the current management of the Gloria Group. In order to achieve the objectives set, the research report is developed in two large blocks, the first, where the aspects related to the work environment are theoretically supported and in the second block, a practical demonstration of the subject is made. That is, this last part is aimed at showing some statistics that demonstrate the problem posed. Finally, the conclusions, recommendations, bibliographic references and their respective annexes.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como propósito dar a conocer la problemática de como el clima laboral influye directamente en el desempeño de los trabajadores del área de fábrica y a su vez incide directamente en la producción, capacidad y de los trabajadores del área de fábrica de la empresa agroindustrial Casa Grande S.A.A., durante los años 2016 – 2021. La investigación se realizó con una muestra de 60 trabajadores, de una población total de 629 trabajadores de las distintas secciones del área de fábrica; constituida de trabajadores estables, trabajadores de régimen agrario, trabajadores de servis; desde una perspectiva cuantitativa y cualitativa. Los resultados fundamentales encontrados, indican que el clima laboral influye directamente en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores, llegando a tener una causa-efecto en el grado de capacidad, tiempo y productividad del trabajador del área de fábrica de la agroindustrial Casa Grande, relacionando el buen o deteriorado clima laboral que existe con la actual administración del Grupo Gloria. Con el propósito de alcanzar los objetivos trazados, el informe de investigación está desarrollado en dos grandes bloques, el primero, donde se sustenta teóricamente los aspectos relacionados al clima laboral y en el segundo bloque, se hace una demostración práctica del tema. Es decir, esta última parte está orientada a mostrar algunas estadísticas que demuestra el problema planteado. Finalmente, las conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencias bibliográficas y sus respectivos anexos.es_PE
