Se evidenció los productos en el factor de correlación de Spearman es de -0.225 con un nivel de significancia mayor al 0.05; donde concluye la no existencia de la relación entre las variables desempeño docente y clima organizacional.In this research, the objective was to determine the level of relationship between the Organizational Climate and Teacher Performance in the Santa Rita Educational Institution, Porvenir-2020, the research was basic, with a correlational design, a non-probabilistic sample of 25 educators from the three levels of basic education, two questionnaires and a Likert scale were shown to measure the variables and teacher performance and organizational climate of 28 items and 20 items respectively, whose rational validity was verified using expert judgment and the instrument's reliability was measured poke Cronbach's Alpha test.
