En el marco de la implementación de la Política Nacional de Juventud, el RENOJ está encargado de promover la participación juvenil organizada. Esta nueva perspectiva sobre el registro exige nuevas estrategias para su cumplimiento a nivel regional. En ese marco, se analizó cómo el RENOJ, en el marco de la implementación de la Política Nacional de Juventud, promueve la participación juvenil a nivel regional en el 2022. Para ello, el estudio se centra en las regiones de Cusco y Huancavelica. Por medio de entrevistas a actores clave de la Secretaría Nacional de la Juventud (Senaju), que gestiona el RENOJ, y seis organizaciones juveniles de las regiones de Cusco y Huancavelica; se concluyó que el registro contribuyó parcialmente en la promoción de la participación juvenil organizada. Esto se refleja en las pocas estrategias desde el RENOJ que cubran las necesidades y expectativas de las organizaciones juveniles, las limitaciones de recursos para su gestión y el poco desarrollo de acciones que involucren un trabajo descentralizado y regional. Sin embargo, el RENOJ cuenta con ventajas de oportunidad que le permitirían promover la participación juvenil organizada a nivel regiones de manera eficiente.ABSTRACT The Registro Nacional de Organizaciones Juveniles (RENOJ) allows youth organizations to be registered at the national level.
