Como parte de la metodología usada en la investigación esta fue del tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo en un nivel Descriptivo - Explicativo con un diseño no experimental transaccional o transversal. Dado el tamaño de la población determinada para el estudio 10 trabajadores de la empresa, no se utilizó un muestreo y se trabajó con una población censal, a la vez se empleó la encuesta y la entrevista como técnicas de recolección de datos y el cuestionario con la guía de entrevista como instrumentos, aplicando preguntas mediante una escala de Likert para el cuestionario. Con los resultados analizados se determinó la incidencia del control de inventarios en la gestión logística del molino virgen de Guadalupe, al contar con una Sig. = 0.003, la cual permite apreciar que el p valor es menor al 5% demostrando la incidencia, consecutivamente se puede apreciar el valor de la prueba R de Pearson = 0.831 indicando la presencia de una incidencia positiva y significativa, pudiéndose señalar que un óptimo control de inventarios por parte del molino virgen de Guadalupe permitirá mejorar la gestión logística de la empresa.ABSTRACT The general objective of the research presented was: Determine the incidence of Inventory Control in the Logistics Management of the Virgen de Guadalupe Mill, Guadalupe, 2022, for which the level of each variable studied was determined and the incidence of all the variables was established. dimensions of the inventory control variable with the logistics management variable.
