The For the development of this work, meetings were held with all those involved in the process of logistics management of the purchase of national products and inputs. Then using the Business Process Management methodology, the AS-IS version of the processes was obtained, obtaining the process mapping through the BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) notation and supported by the Bizagi Modeler software. Once the AS-IS version was obtained, the respective analysis was started, finding problems and opportunities for improvement within the process, to which solution proposals are offered. Finally, the TO-BE version of the logistics management process for the purchase of national products and inputs is generated, which indicates the changes that must be generated throughout the process, in addition to providing a simulation of the improved sub-process, which allows make a diagnosis of the times and use of resources in the proposed scenarios, which shows that if the same amount of resources continues the process of receiving products in storage has an estimated time of attention of 1 hour with 20 minutes for each order of purchase, however if you add a resource more this time would drop to 42 minutes.El presente trabajo tiene por objeto, realizar el análisis y rediseño de la gestión del proceso logístico de compra de productos e insumos nacionales, en la empresa Técnica Avícola S.A, el cual servirá de base para la mejora en la gestión de compras nacionales, así como a futuras modificaciones en el sistema integrado de información con el que actualmente cuenta la empresa. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo se realizaron reuniones con todos los involucrados en el proceso de gestión logística de compra de productos e insumos nacionales. Luego utilizando la metodología Business Process Management, se procedió a realizar la versión AS-IS de los procesos logrando obtener el mapeo del proceso mediante la notación BPMN( Business Process Model and Notation) y apoyado en el software Bizagi Modeler. Una vez obtenida la versión AS-IS se empezó a realizar el análisis respectivo, encontrando problemas y oportunidades de mejora dentro del proceso, a lo cual se brinda propuestas de solución. Finalmente se genera la versión TO-BE del proceso de gestión logística de compra de productos e insumos nacionales, donde se indican los cambios que se deben generar a lo largo del proceso, además de ello se proporciona una simulación del subproceso mejorado, el cual permite hacer un diagnóstico de los tiempos y utilización de recursos en los escenarios propuestos, el cual arroja que de continuar con igual cantidad de recursos el proceso de recepción de productos en almacén tiene un tiempo estimado de atención de 1 hora con 20 minutos por cada orden de compra, sin embargo si se agrega un recurso más este tiempo bajaría a 42 minutos.spainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessgestión logísticainfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesis
