In this way the theoretical and ethnographic aspects are taken into account according to the demands of the research. The problem of migration is a fact that has been marked and continues to mark transcendence at an economic, social, political and cultural level both in the country of origin and destination. In this way, millions of Peruvians have found new opportunities abroad, in the case of this research, in Torino, a city that has welcomed miles of Peruvians to insert in the world of work, which usually occupy women in the domestic sector. However, the insertion also refers to the socio-cultural aspects, which has become an adequate relationship of assimilation and adaptation in the receiving society, of which the immigrant, in connection with their networks, has been able to engage with theirs to recreate and strengthen their original culture and create a new cultural identity.El presente informe de tesis: INSERCIÓN LABORAL Y SOCIO-CULTURAL DE INMIGRANTES PERUANOS DE LA ASOCIACION CAPORALES SAN SIMÓN-USA DE LA CIUDAD DE TORINO – ITALIA, pretende explicar un hecho social a partir de la descripción y análisis de los modos de vida de un grupo de inmigrantes residentes en la ciudad de Torino. De modo que se consideran aspectos teóricos y etnográficos de acuerdo a las exigencias de la investigación. El problema de las migraciones es un hecho que ha marcado y sigue marcando trascendencia a nivel económico, social, político y cultural tanto al país de origen como el de destino. De ese modo, millones de peruanos han encontrado nuevas oportunidades en el exterior, para el caso de esta investigación, Torino e una ciudad que ha acogido a miles de peruanos para insertarlos en el mundo laboral, que generalmente ocupan las mujeres en el sector doméstico.
