Taking as a sample a total of 119 dental surgeons working in the city of Trujillo. A questionnaire was applied to evaluate the level of knowledge on Professional Responsibility in Dentistry, an instrument that was previously validated. The results reveal that the knowledge level was 73.9% with "Good" level and 26.1% with "Regular" level. It is concluded that the level of knowledge on Professional Responsibility in Dentistry of the dentist surgeons who work in the city of Trujillo, 2018; It was "Good". Se aplicó un cuestionario para evaluar el nivel de conocimiento sobre Responsabilidad Profesional en Odontología, instrumento que fue previamente validado. Los resultados revelan que el nivel de conocimiento fue de 73.9% con nivel “Bueno” y 26.1% con nivel “Regular”.
