The research is located in the quantitative approach, it is applied and cross-sectional. Bearing in mind that the study corresponds to the non-experimental type, with a descriptive correlational design. The sample consisted of 30 employees of the company under study. The results found indicate that 43.33% of the collaborators indicated that the level of the Occupational Risk Management variable is good, 53.34% indicated that the level is regular and 3.33% indicated that the level is bad. Likewise, 53.33% of the collaborators indicated that the level of the work performance variable is good, 36.67% indicated that the level is regular and 10% indicated that the level is bad. Regarding the degree of correlation between occupational risk management and job performance determined by Spearman's Rho 0.686, there is a moderate positive correlation and its significance value is equal to 0.000. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between occupational risk management and job performance in employees of Servitopkim SAC, 2021.Según el objetivo general de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la gestión de riesgos laborales y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de Servitopkim SAC, 2021. La investigación se ubica en el enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo aplicada y de corte transversal. Teniendo en consideración que el estudio corresponde al tipo no experimental, de diseño descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue de 30 colaboradores de la empresa en estudio. Los resultados encontrados indican que el 43.33% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la variable Gestión de Riesgos Laborales es bueno, el 53.34% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 3.33% indicaron que el nivel es malo. Así mismo, el 53.33% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la variable desempeño laboral es bueno, el 36.67% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 10% indicaron que el nivel es malo. en cuanto al grado de correlación entre la gestión de riesgos laborales y el desempeño laboral determinada por el Rho de Spearman 0.686 existe una correlación significativa y su valor de significancia igual a 0.000.
