The systems to be controlled in Coworking Station are the lighting, air conditioning, multimedia and security systems. For this purpose, a standardized home automation protocol was used, choosing the most appropriate for the design through a comparative evaluation between different existing protocols in the market. Finally, it was possible to carry out the complete design of a domotic system that controls all the existing systems in the premises in question. One of the most important results was the development of a pioneering model for the design of domotic systems in the city of Trujillo.El presente proyecto tuvo como objetivo diseñar un sistema domótico para controlar los diferentes sistemas de un local comercial utilizando un protocolo domótico estandarizado, para esto se escogió un local de coworking en la ciudad de Trujillo, el local de coworking escogido fue “Estación Coworking” ubicado en la Urb. San Andrés, el cual es un local de tres pisos con siete oficinas y diferentes ambientes de uso común. Los sistemas a controlar en Estación Coworking son los sistemas de iluminación, climatización, proyección multimedia, seguridad y rollers motorizados. Para este fin se empleó un protocolo domótico estandarizado, escogiendo el más apropiado para el diseño a través de una evaluación comparativa entre diferentes protocolos existentes en el mercado Finalmente se logró realizar el diseño completo de un sistema domótico que controle todos los sistemas existentes en el local en mención.
