Además, se evaluó la concordancia de la Guía de Práctica Clínica utilizada por el hospital Belén de Trujillo con las Guías de Práctica Clínica de Essalud, Minsa y Estados Unidos. La evaluación de la efectividad se realizó mediante la mejoría clínica, utilizando la escala clínica de infección pulmonar para obtener un puntaje de acuerdo a los parámetros clínicos al ingreso y al tercer día de tratamiento. La evaluación de la concordancia se realizó comparando la similitud en los criterios de indicación, dosis, intervalo posológico y duración de tratamiento de la Guía de Práctica Clínica del hospital Belén de Trujillo con las Guías de Práctica Clínica de Essalud, Minsa y Estados Unidos. De los 35 pacientes, 26 mostraron una efectividad en el tratamiento antibiótico según la variación de la escala clínica de infección pulmonar (Wilcoxon, p = 0,000). Con respecto a la concordancia del tratamiento antibiótico del hospital Belén de Trujillo y las Guías de Práctica Clínica fue alta para EsSalud, moderada para Minsa y Estados Unidos respecto a indicación, dosis, intervalo posológico y duración de tratamiento. Concluyendo que la terapia antibiótica de neumonía intrahospitalaria del hospital Belén de Trujillo tuvo una efectividad del 74.3% y que la Guía de Práctica Clínica de dicho hospital tiene una mayor concordancia con la Guía de Práctica Clínica de EsSalud.ABSTRACT The objective of this research work is to evaluate the "effectiveness of the antibiotic treatment of in-hospital pneumonia in a level III hospital - Trujillo, June - October 2022", The effectiveness was evaluated according to the antibiotic treatment scheme, for which 35 stories are included clinics of a total of 43.
