This investigation is applied type (based on their nature) and cross section, since the data were collected at one time and in a unique time. The sample consists of 4 officers, 10 administrative and 52 teachers. To diagnose applied a questionnaire required to assess the organizational climate with 9 dimensions based on the Likert scale of 5 points. The dimensions established for organizational climate were: Motivation, Leadership, Decision Making, Identity, Communication, Construction, Innovation, Conflict and Cooperation and Reward. When analyzing the results it was found that the latent factors associated with organizational climate are three: Human Factor, Factor Stimulation and Factor Culture. In addition most of the management, administrative and teacher expressed that the educational institution provides an organizational climate "Regular". The other hands there are two classes of workers: Workers' Mildly Satisfied with the Educational Institution and Workers Not Satisfied with the Educational InstitutionLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar “Cuáles son los factores latentes que se encuentran asociados al clima organizacional del personal que labora en la Institución Educativa María Negrón Ugarte – Trujillo 2013”. Esta investigación es de tipo aplicada (en base a su naturaleza) y de corte transversal, puesto que se recolectaron los datos en un solo momento y en un tiempo único. La muestra está compuesta por 4 directivos, 10 administrativos y 52 docentes. Para el diagnostico requerido se aplicó un cuestionario para evaluar el clima organizacional con 9 dimensiones basado en la escala de Likert, de 5 puntos. Las dimensiones establecidas para el Clima Organizacional fueron: Motivación, Liderazgo, Toma de Decisiones, Identidad, Comunicación, Estructura, Innovación, Conflicto y Cooperación y Recompensa. Al analizar los resultados se encontró que los factores latentes asociados al Clima Organizacional son tres: Factor Humano, Factor Estimulo y Factor Cultura. Además la mayor parte del personal directivo, administrativo y docente opinaron que en la Institución Educativa se presenta un Clima Organizacional “Regular”.
