OF TRUJILLO " At present, the company does not have a Web System of Commercial Management, so the processes are not very well defined and are elaborated manually. This generates large losses of time in recording and controlling files of the company. The present thesis has followed its study based on the RUP Methodology, methodology has allowed us to perform an orderly and quality project, for the modeling of diagrams has been used UML (Unified Modeling Language). In the implementation of the system has been made use of Free Software, database (PostgreSQL) and PHP as programming language. In order to solve the problem, the present project has been developed, which makes use of Information Technology to systematize the Commercial Management processes, thus improving the time spent in registration, control, search and generation of reports. Finally, as a result of this research, we conclude that the elaboration of the Web System improves the Commercial Management of the Company Business & General Services S.A.C. Of Trujillo, allowing to reduce the times in the register control, search and generation of reports in an 75% and to fulfill the objectives and goals of the company.El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación denominado “SISTEMA WEB PARA LA MEJORA DE LA GESTIÓN COMERCIAL DE LA EMPRESA NEGOCIOS & SERVICIOS GENERALES LEÓN S.A.C. DE TRUJILLO” En la actualidad, la empresa no cuenta con un Sistema Web de Gestión Comercial, es así que los procesos no se encuentran muy bien definidos y son elaborados manualmente. Esto genera que existan grandes pérdidas de tiempo en registro y control de archivos de la empresa. La presente tesis ha seguido su estudio basado en la Metodología RUP (Proceso Unificado de Rational), metodología nos ha permitido realizar un proyecto ordenado y de calidad, para el modelado de diagramas se ha utilizado UML (Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado). En la implementación del sistema se ha hecho uso de Software Libre, base de datos (PostgreSQL) y PHP como lenguaje de programación. Para dar solución al problema se ha desarrollado el presente proyecto, que hace uso de la Tecnología de Información para sistematizar los procesos de Gestión Comercial mejorando así los tiempos empleados en registro, control, búsqueda y generación de reportes. Finalmente como resultado de esta investigación concluimos que la implementación del Sistema Web mejora la Gestión Comercial de la Empresa Negocios & Servicios Generales S.A.C. de Trujillo, permitiendo reducir los tiempos en el registro control, búsqueda y generación de reportes en un 75% y cumplir con los objetivos y metas de la empresa.spainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSistema Web, Gestión Comercialinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesis
