Castillo Saavedra, Ericson FelixGrandez Velásquez, Fiorella2023-11-222023-11-222022https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14414/19704El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en una empresa consultora nacional en el área de registros sanitarios que corresponde a la rama de asuntos regulatorios farmacéuticos, con la finalidad de realizar un expediente por la inscripción en el registro sanitario un producto terapéutico en base a Cannabis sativa, previo a ello se solicitó la información en conformidad a los requisitos indicados en el Decreto Supremo N° 010-97-SA y en la Ley 30681 a los respectivos proveedores y fabricantes de los productos; posteriormente se verificó toda la documentación en base al material bibliográfico, y finalmente procedió al sometimiento del trámite ante la entidad regulatoria. Luego de obtener el registro sanitario, los laboratorios o farmacias autorizados por la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Dispositivos Médicos y Productos Sanitarios (ANM) pueden fabricar, importar y comercializar medicamentos antes de la evaluación de los productos farmacéuticos según criterios de eficacia, seguridad, calidad y funcionalidad, según sea el caso.ABSTRACT The present research work was carried out in a national consulting company in the area of sanitary registries that corresponds to the branch of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, with the purpose of carrying out a file for the registration in the sanitary registry of a therapeutic product based on Cannabis sativa.
