Pain , Guilt , support in their religious beliefs, Impotence , Suffering , Joy On The Birth Of His Son, Fear , Feeling Of Separation And Hope: An analysis of the data obtained the following categories . To respond to this approach, the central question that guided the empirical research in this research was what feelings arose in you seeing his premature newborn hospitalized child in the neonatal intensive care? The research subjects were five mothers who had preterm infants.Esta investigación “Vivencias de las madres con Recién Nacidos Prematuros, Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo 2013” tuvo como propósito comprender las relaciones, causas y efectos que pudieran surgir del estudio, de tal forma que su esclarecimiento nos permita obtener criterios pertinentes que sirvan de apoyo y/o acompañamiento a las madres que tienen Recién Nacidos (RN) Prematuros Para realizar esta investigación, se utilizó el diseño metodológico; partió de un enfoque cualitativo, observando el problema de manera fenomenológica, lo cual permitió obtener conocimientos sobre el fenómeno en estudio, lo que se logró a través del análisis de discursos obtenidos de forma voluntaria de las madres con RN prematuros. Del análisis de los datos se obtuvieron las siguientes categorías: Dolor, Culpabilidad, Apoyo en sus creencias religiosas, Impotencia, Sufrimiento, Alegría Por El Nacimiento De Su Hijo, Temor, Sentimiento De Separación Y Esperanza. Para dar respuesta a este planteamiento, la pregunta central que orientó la búsqueda empírica en esta investigación fue ¿qué sentimientos surgieron en usted al ver a su hijo recién nacido(a) prematuro(a) hospitalizado(a) en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales? Los sujetos de investigación fueron cinco madres que tuvieron Recién Nacidos prematuros.
