The sample population consisted of 15 kids corresponding to the 3-year classroom, from the initial educational institution No. 2198. The design used was pre-experimental with only one group. The instrument was used to measure the level of oral language was the Revised PLON-R TEST. Which applied before and after the program "talkative in action" based on the theory of Vigotsky to stimulate the level of development of oral language in kids of 3 years, which constituted by 20 experiential workshops. It concluded that the application of the program significantly influenced the level of oral language development in the 3-year-old kids in I.E.I N ° 2198.RESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar si el Programa “parlanchines en acción basado en la teoría de Vigotsky, estimula el desarrollo del lenguaje oral en niños de 3 años de la I.E N° 2198. La Población muestral estuvo constituido por 15 niños correspondientes al aula de 3 años, de la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 2198. El diseño empleado fue pre experimental con un solo grupo. El instrumento que se utilizó para medir el nivel del lenguaje oral fue el TEST PLON- R Revisado. El cual se aplicó antes y después del Programa “Parlanchines en acción, basado en la teoría de Vigotsky para estimular el nivel de desarrollo del lenguaje oral en niños de 3 años el cual estuvo constituido por 20 talleres vivenciales.
