Rodríguez Portilla, Jorge Luis2016-09-222016-09-222015https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14414/2223El presente trabajo denominado “Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para minimizar los peligros y riesgos durante el Proyecto de construcción de la carretera Ayacucho-Abancay, tiene como objetivo principal reducir los impactos y las consecuencias de los riesgos , que se producen en los accidentes de trabajo, reduciendo los valores de daños hasta bajos o moderados. El desarrollo del presente trabajo, se inició con la elaboración del diagnóstico situacional del Proyecto de construcción de la carretera Ayacucho-Abancay, en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional; para ello, se recolecto información (registros, documentos, informes) referente al sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional del proyecto, todo esto, con la finalidad de recabar la información necesaria para la aplicación del diagnóstico situacional. Luego de aplicar el diagnóstico situacional del Proyecto de la construcción de la carretera Ayacucho-Abancay, se procedió a aplicar las Matrices “IPER” y “Control de Peligros y Riesgos”, esto con la finalidad de hallar y aplicar las medidas de control de aquellos peligros y riesgos con un Alto potencial de daño para los trabajadores. Una vez aplicadas las matrices, procedimos a analizar las estadísticas de accidente y días perdidos, con estos datos pudimos obtener los índices de seguridad, lo cual nos permitió observar la tendencia de ocurrencia de accidentes y las Horas Hombre pérdidas durante el Enero a Julio del 2015. Con toda la información recabada, se procedió a realizar un adecuado Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en el Proyecto de Construcción de la Carretera Ayacucho-Abancay” como lo indica las normativas de nuestro país. Para finalmente, establecer la evaluación económica, en donde se determinó la Viabilidad del Proyecto, VAN S/.472 551.44, TIR: 145%. The development of this work, began with the development of the situational analysis of the project of construction of the Ayacucho-Abancay Highway, in the field of occupational safety and health; therefore be collected information (records, reports and documents) relating to the management system of occupational safety and health of the project, all this, in order to obtain the information necessary for the application of the situational analysis. After applying the situational assessment of the Project of the road construction Ayacucho-Abancay , proceeded to apply the Arrays "IPER" and "Control of hazards and risks", this with the purpose of finding and implementing the control measures of those dangers and risks with a high potential for damage to the workers. As soon as the counterfoils were applied, we proceeded to analyze the accident statistics and lost days, with this information we could obtain the safety indexes, which allowed us to observe the tendency of occurrence of accidents and the Man-hours losses during the January to July, 2015. With the collected information, we proceeded to perform an adequate occupational health and safety system in the project of construction of the road Ayacucho-Abancay"as indicated by the regulations of our country.
