Los resultados arrojaron que el 29% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la gestión administrativa es bueno, el 31% indicaron que es regular y el 40% indicaron que es bajo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es bajo. El 26% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel de la satisfacción de los usuarios es bueno, el 31% indicaron que es regular y el 43% indicaron que es bajo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es bajo.
