El estudio fue de tipo aplicada, el diseño fue no experimental, transversal con alcance descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue de 35 colaboradores. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados indican que el 22.86% de los colaboradores indican que el nivel de la variable cultura tributaria es buena, el 42.86% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 34.29% indicaron que el nivel es malo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. El 25.71% de los colaboradores indican que el nivel de la variable desarrollo empresarial es buena, el 42.86% indicaron que el nivel es regular y el 31.43% indicaron que el nivel es malo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. Como conclusión final se tiene que existe relación positiva y significativa entre la cultura tributaria y el desarrollo empresarial en la empresa de transportes y servicios Los Reyes de la ciudad de Trujillo, 2022. (Rho: 0.815 y su p-valor es 0.000).The objective of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between tax culture and business development in the company transportes & servicios Los Reyes of the city of Trujillo, 2022. The study was of an applied type, non-experimental, transversal design and correlational descriptive scope. The sample was 35 collaborators. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results indicate that 22.86% of the collaborators indicate that the level of the tax culture variable is good, 42.86% indicated that the level is regular and 34.29% indicated that the level is bad. Therefore, the level is regular. 25.71% of the collaborators indicate that the level of the business development variable is good, 42.86% indicated that the level is regular and 31.43% indicated that the level is bad. Therefore, the level is regular.
