Thus, descriptive and inferential statistics were used, and statistical tables and graphs were constructed as well as the Kendall Tau - b correlation hypothesis test._x000D_ Among the most important results we can mention that an average level of teacher performance was determined with 50% of teachers, while the organizational climate level is Regular with the perception of 35% of teachers, regarding the hypothesis test could be Calculate the Tau-b value of Kendall = 0.936 with a significance of the p-sig = 0.0089 <0.01; Similar values were found when assessing the relationship between organizational climate dimensions and teacher performance; Also when the dimensions of teaching performance and organizational climate were evaluated. As a recommendation, we can mention that the teachers of the educational institution N ° 80271 "Pedro Oswaldo Cerna Valdivieso" of the district of Sinsicap should strengthen the dimensions of the teaching performance, as teaching for the students' learning, participation in the management of the articulated school To the community to improve as demonstrated in the present research the organizational climateTodas las instituciones educativas, tanto a nivel internacional, nacional o local, se encuentran sometidas a retos y cambios constantes, producto del comportamiento de los escenarios donde actúan, por lo que deben de estar preparadas, en todos los ámbitos para enfrentar a nuevos entornos; entonces se tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre clima institucional y desempeño docente en la institución educativa N° 80271 “Pedro Oswaldo Cerna Valdivieso” del distrito de Sinsicap , 2016._x000D_ Se trabajó con una población muestral de 20 docentes de la institución educativa, aplicando una metodología de tipo cuantitativa y descriptiva; con diseño correlacional, donde se aplicó la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos y dos instrumentos, el cuestionario para medir el clima institucional y desempeño docente. De tal modo que se utilizó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, y se construyó tablas y gráficos estadísticos así como la prueba de hipótesis de correlación Tau – b de Kendall._x000D_ Entre los resultados más importante podemos mencionar que se determinó un nivel de desempeño docente Medio con el 50% de docentes, mientras que el nivel de clima institucional es Regular con la percepción del 35% de los docentes, respecto a la prueba de hipótesis se pudo calcular el valor Tau-b de Kendall = 0.936 con una significancia del p-sig= 0.0089 < 0.01; valores similares se encontró cuando se evaluó la relación entre las dimensiones del clima institucional y desempeño docente; así mismo cuando se evaluó las dimensiones del desempeño docente y clima institucional.
