La investigación basó su estudio desde una perspectiva cuantitativa, con un diseño: cuasi- experimental. Se contó con una muestra de 44 estudiantes del primer grado de primaria de la I.E. N° 81007 “Modelo”. El diseño de investigación es cuasi experimental porque después de conocer las características del fenómeno a investigar (variables) y las causas que determinan la problemática se aplica un programa ANMIR con el fin de mejorar la adquisición de lectura y escritura. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de datos una Rúbrica de Lectura y Escritura. Los datos fueron procesados utilizando la estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Como resultados se tuvieron que la aplicación del programa “ANMIR” mejora la adquisición de la lectura y escritura de las estudiantes de primer grado de la I.E. Modelo de la ciudad de Trujillo- 2019 porque se contrasto la hipótesis con tc (- 21.32) menor al tt (±2.07) con una significancia bilateral de 0.001.The present research aimed to demonstrate that the application of the "ANMIR" program significantly influences the improvement of the acquisition of reading and writing in first grade students of the Educational Institution No. 81007 "Modelo" - Trujillo - 2019. The research based its study from a quantitative perspective, with a design: quasi-experimental. There was a sample of 44 students from the first grade of primary school of the I.E. N ° 81007 "Model". The research design is quasi-experimental because after knowing the characteristics of the phenomenon to be investigated (variables) and the causes that determine the problem, an ANMIR program is applied in order to improve the acquisition of reading and writing.
