Los datos fueron extraídos de la base de datos del sistema de ventas Enterprise- Software de Boticas Multhipharma. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: atorvastatina de 20 y 40mg, y gemfibrozilo 600mg, son las concentraciones de medicamentos hipolipemiantes con mayor utilización con un 47,48%, 15,84% y 10,73%, respectivamente. En terapia de combinación se obtuvo que Vasotenazol EZ 20/10, Ezator 10mg/20 y Simibe 10mg/20mg, fueron las concentraciones de medicamentos hipolipemiantes de mayor utilización con un 67,55%, 12,24 y 9,18 %. El expendio de medicamentos hipolipemiantes en la denominación genérica coberturó el 82.20%. Así mismo, el más utilizado por su menor gasto fue la atorvastatina de 20mg cuya frecuencia fue de 47,48%, obtuvo un gasto total anual de S/. 1.120,92 nuevos soles frente a la atorvastatina de 40mg con una frecuencia de 15,84%, con un gasto total anual de 1250,63 nuevos soles y atorvastatina de 10 mg con frecuencia de 10,73% cuyo gasto anual fue de 179,25 nuevos solesABSTRACT The objective of this report is to determine the use of lipid-lowering drugs in a private establishment in Trujillo, in the period March 2018- February 2019. The data was extracted from the database of the Enterprise-Software sales system of Boticas Multhipharma. When analyzing and processing them, it was obtained that the concentrations with the highest use were atorvastine of 20 mg with a frequency of 47.48%, atorvastatin of 40mg with a frequency of 15.84% and gemfibrozil of 600 mg with a frequency of 10.73%, concluding that atorvastatin of 20 mg is the most widely used.
