The sufficiency work entitled “The poster as a strategy to stimulate children's learning”, was developed in the area of Communication and for the sixth grade students, taking into account the competence of writing different types of texts in their mother tongue in the ability the students can achieve, reflect on and evaluate the form, content and context of the written text. As a consequence, the student keeps a distances himself from the text he has written to review permanently the content, coherence, cohesion and adaptation to the communicative situation in order to improve it. In the preparation of the learning session, the pedagogical processes of a session and the didactic processes of the area have been considered in order to promote active and meaningful students participation during the development of the class session, using a checklist as an instrument to verify the new learning purpose.Este trabajo está enfocado a que los estudiantes reconozcan, valoren y respeten las costumbres familiares que forman parte de su formación y de su identidad. El trabajo de suficiencia titulado “El afiche como estrategia para estimular el aprendizaje infantil”, fue desarrollada en el área de Comunicación, para el sexto grado, teniendo en cuenta la competencia de: Escribe diversos tipos de textos en su lengua materna. En la cual se logró la capacidad de que el estudiante reflexione y evalúe la forma, el contenido y el contexto del texto escrito: el estudiante se distancia del texto que ha escrito para revisar de manera permanente el contenido, la coherencia, cohesión y adecuación a la situación comunicativa con la finalidad de mejorarlo.
