The sample consisted of six nursing professionals who met the inclusion criteria, for which it was used the saturation technique or “snowball", where they were identified three areas of work, and categories and subcategories were identified from each of these areas. This allowed us to reflect on the day-to-day human group and its attitude towards a construct and present new areas of practice to strengthen the intervention model. It has been demonstrated that nursing professionals respond to the attitudes that are presented to the model of integral attention of health, evidenced through the behaviors and expressions that were said of the model in the health services.RESUMEN La presente investigación de tipo cualitativa descriptiva se realizó con las profesionales de enfermería del CLAS Usquil con la finalidad de describir y analizar la actitud de las profesionales de enfermería frente al modelo de atención integral de salud entre los meses de agosto a diciembre 2016, la muestra estuvo constituida por 6 profesionales de enfermería que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión para lo cual se utilizó la técnica de saturación o “bola de nieve” se identificaron tres áreas de trabajo y de cada una se identificó categorías y subcategorías, lo que permitió reflexionar sobre el día a día de este grupo humano y su actitud frente a un constructo y presentar nuevas áreas de práctica para fortalecer el modelo de intervención.
