El diseño que se utilizó fue descriptivo de tipo correlacional, donde participaron 68 colaboradores, además se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con el instrumento cuestionario confiable y valido. Los resultados de la investigación considera que el 54.41% de los colaborares consideran que la Gestión talento humano tiene un nivel favorable; el 69.29% de los colaboradores lo consideran que el desempeño laboral tiene un nivel medio, se concluye que existe relación directa y significativa entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área de negocios de la Edpyme Credivisión S.A.; siendo que el coeficiente de correlación Rho Spearman de 0.77 representó una alta asociación entre las variables.The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the management of human talent and the work performance of the collaborators of the business area of the financial company Edipyme Credivisión S.A, Otuzco- 2022. The design that was achieved was descriptive of the correlational type, where 68 participated. Collaborators, in addition the survey technique was applied with the reliable and valid questionnaire instrument.
