Morillas Bulnes, Amelia MarinaIglesias Quezada, Marisa del Carmen2024-06-182024-06-182024-06-18https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14414/21512El presente trabajo de investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre los factores de riesgo: antecedentes familiares, hábitos nocivos, estrés; y la crisis hipertensiva en pacientes del servicio de emergencia Centro Médico de Ascope Essalud 2023, en una muestra de 100 pacientes que reunieron los criterios de inclusión a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos tipo Cuestionario: Factores de riesgo considerando tres dimensiones: antecedentes familiares, hábitos nocivos y estrés; y el cuestionario de crisis hipertensiva. Llegando a los siguientes resultados El 83.0% de los pacientes presentaron como factor de riesgo antecedentes familiares y el 67.0% tuvieron como factor de riesgo hábitos nocivos, el 51.0% tuvieron como factor de riesgo manejo del estrés. El 75% de los pacientes atendidos han estado con crisis de hipertensiva, y el 25% no tenía crisis hipertensiva. Existe relación significativa entre ambas variables aplicando la prueba estadística de chi cuadrado p<0.051The present cross-sectional, correlational, descriptive research work was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between risk factors: family history, harmful habits, stress; and hypertensive crisis in patients at the Ascope Essalud 2023 Medical Center emergency service, in a sample of 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria to whom two Questionnaire-type instruments were applied: Risk factors considering three dimensions: family history, habits harmful and stress; and the hypertensive crisis questionnaire.
