The main objective of the project is to improve the existing infrastructure_x000D_ and adapt it to the current needs of its users, in order to meet the growing demand_x000D_ for services of the Chavimochic agroindustrial CITE._x000D_ The project methodology used considers identity, inclusion and sustainability as_x000D_ fundamental guidelines in the integral design of the architectural project. The project_x000D_ reinforces the local identity through the reinterpretation of the architectural codes of_x000D_ the natural and cultural environment and the proposal of exhibition areas for the_x000D_ promotion of natural and packaged local products._x000D_ The project's inclusiveness is reflected in the generation of routes and paths_x000D_ accessible to all people and in the design of spaces for meetings and knowledge_x000D_ transfer between farmers, microentrepreneurs and CITE technicians. The_x000D_ sustainability of the project lies in its materiality, in the construction systems used,_x000D_ in the use of energy efficiency strategies and in the use of environmental conditions_x000D_ and natural resources in favor of bioclimatic design._x000D_ Finally, the project seeks to disseminate the benefits of having facilities of this nature_x000D_ and to serve as a reference for the design of productive innovation and technology_x000D_ transfer centers of the agroindustrial type that harmoniously articulate identity,_x000D_ inclusion, and sustainability; that meet high quality standards; and that serve as a_x000D_ meeting and exchange point between the State, academia, and the private sector.El proyecto arquitectónico para del Centro de innovación productiva y transferencia_x000D_ tecnológica agroindustrial Chavimochic, se ubica en el distrito de Virú - La Libertad,_x000D_ una zona rural caracterizada por su legado histórico cultural y su alta producción_x000D_ agrícola. El objetivo principal del proyecto es mejorar la infraestructura existente y_x000D_ adaptarla a las necesidades actuales de sus usuarios, para poder satisfacer la_x000D_ creciente demanda de servicios del CITE agroindustrial Chavimochic._x000D_ La metodología proyectual utilizada considera la identidad, inclusión y_x000D_ sostenibilidad como lineamientos fundamentales en el diseño integral el proyecto_x000D_ arquitectónico. El proyecto refuerza de la identidad local a partir de la_x000D_ reinterpretación de los códigos arquitectónicos del entorno natural y cultural y la_x000D_ propuesta de plazas de exposición destinadas a la promoción de productos de la_x000D_ zona naturales y envasados._x000D_ La inclusión del proyecto se refleja en la generación de recorridos y rutas accesibles_x000D_ para todas las personas y en el diseño de espacios para la reunión y transferencia_x000D_ de conocimiento entre los agricultores, los microempresarios y los técnicos del_x000D_ CITE.
