For the accomplishment of the present work has been used information registered in the archives of the company Metalbus S.A. As well as visits and surveys to administrative, workers and main customers the company. The results of the investigation have determined that the communication strategies contribute positively in the improvement of the administrative management of the Company Metalbus S.A.RESUMEN El objetivo general del presente trabajo de investigación considera determinar como las estrategias de comunicación contribuyen para mejorar la gestión administrativa de la Empresa Metalbus S. A. del Distrito de la Esperanza. Para la realización del presente trabajo se ha utilizado información registrada en los archivos de la empresa Metalbus S.A, así como se han realizado visitas y encuestas a funcionarios, trabajadores y principales clientes la empresa.
