Our country has come experiencing exchange since the year 1 993, in the club of Paris, for lightening to the poverty, environment and others, but is necessary to raise exchange for inversion social, like in education, health, housing, to reduce the poverty in our country For this purpose a model of exchange of conversion of External Debt in to one to reduce the External Debt is propose.El presente trabajo de Investigación, tiene como objetivo el servir de manera de referencia para el desarrollo de una estrategia, en el uso del mecanismo de conversión de deuda para la generación de fondos para financiar iniciativas de desarrollo humano sostenible. Diversos factores están influenciado el resurgimiento del interés del uso del mecanismo de canje de deuda para la obtención de recursos a ser orientados en el desarrollo de iniciativas tendientes a combatir la pobreza y conservación del ambiente y de los recursos naturales con miras al desarrollo humano sostenible. Nuestro País ha venido experimentando canje desde el año 1 993, en el club de Paris, para alivio a la pobreza, medio ambiente y otros, pero es necesario plantear canje para la inversión social, como en educación, salud, vivienda, de esta manera reducir la pobreza en nuestro País.
