La investigación fue de diseño no experimental de corte transversal correlacional. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta. Se aplicó 2 instrumentos: Cuestionario para medir la motivación ( con un índice de confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach α = 0.959) y el cuestionario para medir el clima laboral ( con un alfa de Cronbach α = 0.972). La muestra estuvo conformada por 45 conductores de la empresa de transportes. El resultado principal según el valor estadístico Rho de Spearman de 0.818 y una p.sig <0.05, permite aceptar la hipótesis planteada en la investigación y afirmar que entre la motivación y el clima laboral existe una correlación. Se pudo concluir que la motivación tiene una relación positiva muy fuerte en el clima laboral de los los conductores de la Operación Gold Field de Transportes Rodrigo Carranza S.A.C Trujillo, 2023.ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to establish the relationship between motivation and the work environment of the drivers of the Operation Gold Field of Transportes Rodrigo Carranza S.A.C Trujillo, 2023. The research had a non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational design. The data collection technique was the survey. Two instruments were applied: Questionnaire to measure motivation (with a reliability index of Cronbach's alpha α = 0.959) and the questionnaire to measure the work environment (with a Cronbach's alpha α = 0.972). The sample was made up of 45 drivers from the transport company. The main result according to the Spearman Rho statistical value of 0.818 and a p.sig <0.05, allows us to accept the hypothesis raised in the research and affirm that there is a correlation between motivation and the work environment.
