En ese sentido, la presente investigación titulada “Control de transparencia en contrataciones directas en la unicipalidad Provincial de Trujillo en contexto de Covid19” se llevó a cabo con la finalidad de maximizar el control sobre las contrataciones directas, de modo que los hechos de corrupción suscitados durante la Covid 19 puedan ser prevenidos en cualquier emergencia sanitaria futura y se reduzcan las posibles pérdidas económicas que estas irregularidades puedan causar al presupuesto público nacional.ABSTRACT The Covid19 pandemic exposed the weak public procurement system at the national level, demonstrating that there are multiple deficiencies not only in the personnel in charge of procurement but also in their control, a fact that could be evidenced in the various control reports that They were written based on the various irregularities found in the various contracts carried out by the various institutions at different government levels.
