During the investigation we will analyze the current situation of the company, based on that we will elaborate a Strategic Plan that will help us to reach the objectives set and, finally, we will establish what is the need to implement a strategic plan. With the information to present the importance of strategic planning and how it helps to meet the objectives, since the implementation of a strategic plan will bring considerable benefits to the company.La presente investigación tiene como finalidad dar a conocer como la implementación de un Plan Estratégico ayudará a mejorar la gestión de la empresa Consorcio Mercantil GOVESA S.A.C. El problema de la investigación es: ¿En qué medida el plan estratégico incide en la gestión de la empresa Consorcio Mercantil GOVESA S.A.C? La hipótesis de la investigación fue la siguiente: El plan estratégico incide significativamente en la mejora de la gestión de la empresa Consorcio Mercantil GOVESA S.A.C. Durante la investigación analizaremos la situación actual de la empresa, en base a eso elaboraremos un Plan Estratégico que nos ayude a lograr los objetivos trazados, y por último estableceremos cual es la necesidad de implementar un plan estratégico.
