It is necessary therefore to carry out informative or preventive activities and like this take the suitable measures for the case and avoiding possible negative consequences for health. _x000D_ Within the learning session students learned to identify the risk of not having a correct life style. In addition, about what they must implement in their lives to get their body and mind in harmonyLa presente sesi�n de aprendizaje lleva como t�tulo �Estilo de vida saludable� y se desarroll� en el �rea de Desarrollo Personal, C�vica y Ciudadan�a para los estudiantes del segundo grado de Educaci�n Secundaria de la Instituci�n Educativa San Nicol�s. _x000D_ La poblaci�n estudiantil del nivel secundario, hoy en d�a presenta una serie de problemas con respecto a adoptar un estilo de vida saludable. Es f�cil identificar h�bitos como, por ejemplo: falta de una cultura de limpieza e higiene personal, alto consumo de alimentos da�inos para la salud, y ausencia de una rutina f�sica para mantener el cuerpo saludable. Es necesario, por ello realizar actividades informativas y de prevenci�n, as� tomar las medidas adecuadas del caso y evitar posibles consecuencias negativas para la salud. _x000D_ Dentro de la sesi�n de aprendizaje, los estudiantes aprendieron a identificar los riesgos de no tener un correcto estilo de vida saludable.
