El presente conlleva un análisis e investigación situacional del estado actual del distrito y el sistema de gestión de los residuos, en el que se refleja el gran problema de la inadecuada disposición final de los mismos, el poco compromiso de la comunidad con el reciclaje y segregación, empeorando más la situación, haciendo que sean mayor la cantidad de residuos dispuestos en lugares y en maneras no seguras. Es aquí donde evidencia la necesidad de implementar una infraestructura donde se pueda tratar, recuperar y disponer de manera segura los residuos sólidos y al mismo tiempo entrar a una economía circular al aprovechar residuos que se pueden reciclar o recuperar simplemente y darle un valor agregado asimismo mitigar de esta manera los impactos negativos al medio ambiente y sociedad. La alternativa de solución propuesta es el diseño de una infraestructura donde tengas 3 procesos definidos dirigidos a segregar, tratar y disponer los residuos generados en el distrito, para lo cual se hace un estudio de selección de área tomando valoraciones impuestas por normativa nacional e internacional, posteriormente un estudio del suelo del área seleccionada para poder determinar el tipo de infraestructura a diseñar y el método a usar. Determinando que se realizara el diseño de una planta de segregación para la separación y recuperación de residuos, una planta de tratamiento para residuos orgánicos mediante el método de compostaje y finalmente el diseño de un relleno sanitario como método de disposición final más accesible. A las diferentes etapas del proyecto, según la evaluación y valoración de aspectos e impactos ambientales, no representa peligros significativos para el medio ambiente ni la sociedad, culminando con el desarrollo del estudio económico del proyecto mediante el método de costo/beneficio mediante indicadores de rentabilidad determinar a viabilidad, dando como resultado que el proyecto es altamente rentable. ABSTRACT The objective of this report is to provide an alternative solution to a deeply rooted problem in human development and daily life, such as solid waste management, especially inadequate final disposal, in the case of the District of Laredo, Trujillo, La Freedom. The present involves an analysis and situational investigation of the current state of the district and the waste management system, which reflects the great problem of inadequate final disposal of the same, the little commitment of the community with recycling and segregation , further worsening the situation, making the amount of waste destroyed in unsafe places and ways greater. This is where the need to implement an infrastructure where solid waste can be safely treated, recovered and disposed of is evident and at the same time enter a circular economy by taking advantage of waste that can be simply recycled or recovered and give added value to reduce thus negative impacts on the environment and society. The proposed alternative solution is the design of an infrastructure where there are 3 defined processes aimed at segregating, treating and disposing of the waste generated in the district, for which an area selection study is made taking accelerations imposed by national and international regulations. subsequently a study of the soil of the selected area to be able to determine the type of infrastructure to be designed and the method to be used.
