It was carried out with the mothers of the preschool children of the El Pallar Health Center; in order to determine the effectiveness of the educational program "Together Overcome Anemia" in the level of maternal knowledge about anemia, 2022. The sample universe consisted of 31 mothers of preschoolers. An instrument was used for data collection: Survey to measure the level of maternal knowledge about anemia; the information was entered and processed in the statistical program IBM SPSS STATISTICS Version 25. The results were presented in tables of one and double entry, in numerical and percentage form. To determine if the program is effective in the dependent variable, the t studen test was used for related samples for the comparison between the pre and post test moments. The following results were obtained: before the application of the Educational Program, 25.8% of mothers their level of knowledge was bad, 71.0% of mothers their level of knowledge was regular, and 3.2% of mothers their level of knowledge was good. After the development of the Educational Program, 100.0% of mothers had a good level of knowledge, and no mother presented a poor and regular level of knowledge. Regarding the effectiveness of the EP, 96.8% of mothers presented that the educational program was effective in their knowledge about iron deficiency anemia, and 3.2% of mothers presented that the educational program was not effective in their knowledge about iron deficiency anemia. In addition, a Wilcoxon Z test value of -4.807 with a probability of 0.000 is observed, being highly significant, so the educational program was effectiveLa presente investigación es de tipo pre-experimental. Se realizó con las madres de los preescolares del Centro de Salud el Pallar; con la finalidad de determinar efectividad del programa educativo “Juntos Venciendo la Anemia” en el nivel de conocimiento materno sobre anemia, 2022. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 31 madres de preescolares. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó un instrumento: Encuesta para medir el nivel de conocimiento materno sobre anemia; la información fue ingresada y procesada en el programa estadístico IBM SPSS STATISTICS Versión 25. Se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: antes de la aplicación del Programa Educativo, el 25.8 por ciento de madres su nivel de conocimientos fue malo, el 71.0 por ciento de madres su nivel de conocimientos fue regular, y el 3.2 por ciento de madres su nivel de conocimientos fue bueno. Después del desarrollo del Programa Educativo, el 100.0 por ciento de madres su nivel de conocimientos fue bueno, y ninguna madre presento nivel de conocimientos malo y regular. En cuanto a la efectividad del PE, el 96.8 por ciento de madres presentaron que el programa educativo si fue efectivo en su conocimiento sobre anemia ferropénica, y el 3.2 por ciento de madres presentaron que el programa educativo no fue efectivo en su conocimiento sobre anemia ferropénica.
