De acuerdo a la metodología empleada, se usó el método inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético y estadístico, utilizando como técnicas la entrevista, la observación y la encuesta, siendo los instrumentos: guía de entrevista, registro de entrevista, guía de observación, registro de observación y un cuestionario; los cuales se aplicaron a 48 comerciantes. Se obtuvo como resultados, que las relaciones interpersonales son deficientes, no existe organización actual al no contar con una junta directiva, existiendo débil liderazgo y deficiente participación de los comerciantes, por lo que influye en la organización de los comerciantes del Mercado Municipal de Pacasmayo, 2023.ABSTRACT The present investigation was carried out with the objective of analyzing the influence of interpersonal relationships on the organization of the merchants of the Municipal Market of the District of Pacasmayo, 2023, linking to the social aspect of the merchants.
