The objective of the research is to increase daily productivity by implementing the mucking loader team. It was possible to determine the hourly costs of the equipment: Hourly cost mucking loader: 106.17 $ / hr and hourly cost LHD scoop: 94.43 $ / hr, the results obtained is that the hour cost of the equipment implemented mucking loader is 7.75 $ / hr higher at the hourly cost of the LHD equipment with which it is counted but due to its high productivity it is profitable for the operation. With a time, control of ten days, the cleaning time of the LHD scoop 1.5 yd3 equipment and mucking loader equipment determined, having a time of 15.147 cumulative hours less cleaning during the test days with respect to the equipment that was being used. Regarding productivity during data collection of ten accumulated days it was obtained that the equipment implemented mucking loader has an average productivity of 115.24 TN / HR and the productivity of the equipment used previously is 52.68 TN / HR average, this is because the Implemented equipment not need a transfer chamber to accumulate the shot material, it charges it directly to the mining car. In terms of cleaning costs, it was reduced considerably, despite having a higher hourly cost. It has lower cleaning costs due to its high cleaning productivity in less time, having a lower cost of $ 1379.1, using the mucking loader equipment compared to the LHD equipment. scoop in ten accumulated days.El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Implementación de equipo Mucking Loader para aumentar la productividad en la cortada 5000 mina el Tingo de Compañía Minera Poderosa S.A”. La mina se encuentra ubicada en el anexo de Karola, distrito de Vijus de la provincia de Pataz departamento La Libertad. El objetivo de la investigación es aumentar la productividad diaria implementando el equipo Mucking Loader. Se logró determinar los costos horarios de los equipos: Costo horario Mucking Loader: 106.17 $/hr y costo horario LHD Scoop: 98.43 $/hr, los resultados obtenidos es que el costo horario del equipo implementado Mucking Loader es de 7.75 $/hr mayor al costo horario del equipo LHD con el que se cuenta, pero debido a su alta productividad es rentable para la operación. Con un pilotaje de tiempos de diez días, se determinó el tiempo de limpieza del equipo LHD Scoop Tram y equipo Mucking Loader, teniendo un tiempo de 15.147 horas acumuladas menos de limpieza durante los días de prueba respecto al equipo que se venía usando. En cuanto a productividad durante toma de datos de diez días acumulados se obtuvo que el equipo implementado Mucking Loader tiene una productividad promedia de 115.24 TN/HR y la productividad del equipo usado anteriormente es de 52.68 TN/HR promedio, esto se debe a que el equipo implementado no necesita una cámara de transferencia para acumular el material del disparo, lo carga directo a los carros mineros.
