This work presents the development of the vehicle inspection flow for the company Rimac Seguros, where the problem is first determined, stating the objectives, justification of the work and the theoretical basis with which our work has been developed. Secondly the development of the inspection flow in the application is covered, starting from the general context of the company such as its vision, mission, location and among other generalities. Then the Scrum methodology is applied for software development. Thirdly, we announce that the development of the vehicle inspection flow effectively improves the user experience, concluding that there is a significant time saving when carrying out the process virtually and from the application. We also add some recommendations and suggestions for the training of Systems Engineers at the National University of Trujillo.El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional titulado “Desarrollo del flujo de inspección virtual en el App Mi Mundo Rimac para mejorar la experiencia de los clientes”, es una propuesta para agilizar el flujo de inspección vehicular mediante el uso del aplicativo móvil y que permita brindar una mejor experiencia a sus clientes, reduciendo costo y tiempo a la Empresa y permitiéndoles avanzar en el camino a la transformación digital. Este trabajo presenta el desarrollo del flujo de inspección vehicular para la empresa Rimac Seguros, donde en primer lugar se determina el problema, planteamiento de los objetivos, justificación del trabajo y la base teórica con la que ha sido desarrollado nuestro trabajo. En segundo lugar, se abarca el desarrollo del flujo de inspección en el aplicativo, partiendo desde el contexto general de la empresa como su visión, misión, ubicación y entre otras generalidades. Luego se hace uso del marco de trabajo Scrum para el desarrollo del software. En tercer lugar, damos a conocer que efectivamente el desarrollo del flujo de inspección vehicular, mejora la experiencia de usuario, concluyendo que hay un ahorro de tiempo significativo al realizar el proceso de formar virtual y desde el aplicativo.
