En primer lugar, mediante un check list de los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001 y utilizando técnicas como entrevistas, análisis documental y observación de campo se realizó un diagnóstico inicial para evaluar el grado de cumplimiento de la empresa frente a dichos requisitos obteniendo un cumplimiento inicial del 26%. El diseño del Sistema de Gestión estuvo basado en el Anexo SL el cual define la estructura de Alto Nivel para las normas ISO. Para el desarrollo del Sistema de Gestión se elaboró la documentación requerida como procedimientos, formatos, registros teniendo en cuenta las falencias encontradas en el diagnóstico inicial de la empresa. Luego del desarrollo e implementación del Sistema de Gestión se obtuvo un cumplimiento final de 79% para los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001:2018. En la evaluación de riesgos para el área operativa de la empresa se identificaron inicialmente un total de 66 riesgos de los cuales el 41% fueron riesgos significativos y el 59% riesgos no significativos, los cuales, luego de implementar los controles propuestos en la Matriz IPERC pasaron a ser en su totalidad no significativos. Finalmente se realizó la evaluación costo-beneficio del proceso de implementación del sistema de gestión de SST en la empresa donde se concluyó que es viable con un índice de rentabilidad de 1.53. The purpose of this research is to design and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in ABC Abastecimientos Electromecánicos S.R.L., a company dedicated to the execution of electrical projects, taking as a reference the international standard ISO 45001: 2018. In the first place, by means of a check list of the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard and using techniques such as interviews, documentary analysis and field observation, an initial diagnosis was made to evaluate the degree of compliance of the company with these requirements, obtaining initial compliance 26%. The design of the Management System was based on Annex SL which defines the High Level structure for ISO standards. For the development of the Management System, the required documentation was prepared, such as procedures, formats, records, taking into account the shortcomings found in the initial diagnosis of the company. After the development and implementation of the Management System, a final compliance of 79% was obtained for the requirements of the ISO 45001: 2018 standard. In the risk assessment for the company's operational area, a total of 66 risks were initially identified, of which 41% were significant risks and 59% were non-significant risks, which, after implementing the controls proposed in the IPERC Matrix they became entirely non-significant. Finally, the cost-benefit evaluation of the implementation process of the OSH management system in the company was carried out, where it was concluded that it is viable with a profitability index of
