The thesis takes as reference the International Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001, the "Regulation of Law 29783, International Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety Law, and Supreme Decree DS. 024-2016-EM, as well as works developed nationally and internationally. The implementation of this plan establishes guidelines to satisfy the requirements established in the standards mentioned above and have better control over safety and environment management. Once the plan is implemented, measurements will be carried out to determine the positive impact on the productivity of the company and reduce its rates of occupational and environmental accidents. The results obtained in the present investigation go hand in hand with the objectives that have been raised, in the subsequent pages the tables are observed supporting the evident decrease of the accidents that were part of the problem of the Company, this because carried out the elaboration and implementation of the Safety and Environment Plan in the company, thus being able to show that the investigations previously carried out support the study of the behavior of the personnel within the company and have as protagonist in each project to carry out this new methodology; it is essential to keep in mind that this Plan has given favorable and very satisfactory results for the company in question. In conclusion, it only remains to emphasize how important it is to have over any situation or aspect, the study of the worker with the purpose of to educate and change for good their behavior in front of each role they play in their activities, this should be a of the main strategies within companiesLa presente investigación brinda criterios y herramientas para la elaboración de un Plan de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, aplicando la nueva metodología del estudio de la conducta, para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo en la Empresa Eco Construcciones Servicios Generales. La tesis toma como referencia al Sistema Internacional de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional ISO 45001, el “Reglamento de la Ley 29783, Sistema Internacional de Gestión Ambiental ISO 14001, Ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y el decreto supremo DS. 024-2016-EM, así como trabajos desarrollados a nivel nacional e internacional. La implementación de este plan establece lineamientos para cumplir los requisitos establecidos en las normas mencionadas anteriormente y tener un mejor control sobre la gestión seguridad y medio ambiente. Una vez implementado el plan se realizará mediciones para conocer el impacto positivo en la productividad de la empresa y reducir sus índices de accidentes laborales y medio ambientales. Los resultados obtenidos en el presente trabajo van de la mano con los objetivos que se han planteado, en las páginas posteriores se observan las tablas sustento de la disminución evidente de los accidentes que eran parte de la problemática de la Empresa, esto debido a que se llevó a cabo la elaboración e implementación del Plan de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en la empresa, logrando de esta forma evidenciar que las investigaciones realizadas previamente respaldan el estudio el comportamiento del personal dentro de la empresa y tener como protagonista en cada proyecto por realizar esta nueva metodología; es fundamental tener en cuenta que dicho Plan ha dado resultados favorables y muy satisfactorios para la empresa en mención.
