La población estuvo conformada por 859 docentes a nivel nacional y la muestra de 183 docentes de la región La Libertad. Para la contrastación de hipótesis se utilizó el diseño pre experimental, se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y se aplicó el Test como instrumento de pre y post test, el cual nos permitió recolectar información relevante sobre los dos momentos de medición. Los resultados obtenidos con este estudio nos permitieron determinar una diferencia altamente significativa en la influencia del Programa formativo para certificarse como Educador Google nivel 1. El estudio también nos da conocer que los docentes utilizan en menor medida las herramientas de Hojas de cálculo, presentaciones y Sites, mientras que, herramientas como Drive, Gmail, Documentos, Calendario, Formularios, Classroom y Meet son utilizadas con mayor frecuencia y aumentaron notablemente en su conocimiento y manejo después de aplicado el programa, manifestándose en la mejora del desarrollo de sus habilidades tecnológicas.The present research determined the influence of the Training Program to be certified as a Google Level 1 Educator, in the use of Google for Education tools, in teachers in the La Libertad region, to improve their technological skills and respond to the demands of today’s society. The population consisted of 859 teachers nationwide and a sample of 183 teachers from the La Libertad region. For the hypothesis testing, the pre experimental design was used, the survey technique was used and the test was applied as a pre and post test instrument, which allowed us to collect relevant information about the two measurement moments. The results obtained with this study allowed us to determine a highly significant difference in the influence of the Training Program to be certified as a Google Level 1 Educator.
