Scientific methods were employed as Ethnographic method, which allowed us to describe in the same place of the facts the religious, handicrafts, medicinal, gastronomic and technological knowledge, expressed in Fiesta de la Virgen de la Candelaria del Socorro, La Fiesta de San Isidro Labrador, pottery, basketry, traditional medicine, sopa teologa, moche capsicum production and development of little reed horses; Analytical - Synthetic, this method allowed to analyze the whole Intangible Cultural Heritage of Moche and Huanchaco from the decomposition of the items about religious, artisan, medicinal, gastronomic and technological knowledges, to identify in the analysis if these can make a new tourist product to diversify the tourist offer; Historical comparative method allowed to compare the knowledge in both places, determining their common origins and establishing their similarities and differences; and Genetic which helped us to know the origin and development of the cultural knowledge of Huanchaco and Moche.El presente documento titulado Las Manifestaciones del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial más representativas de Moche y Huanchaco para la Diversificación del Producto Turístico Trujillo, tiene como objetivo determinar las manifestaciones del patrimonio cultural inmaterial más representativas de los distritos de Moche y Huanchaco, expresadas en saberes religiosos, artesanales, medicinales, gastronómicos y tecnológicos, para la diversificación del producto turístico Trujillo. _x000D_ Este informe está estructurado en dos partes centrales: Resultados y Discusión de resultados. Se emplearon los métodos científicos Etnográfico, el cual nos permitió describir en el mismo lugar de los hechos los saberes religiosos, artesanales, medicinales, gastronómicos y tecnológicos, expresados en la Fiesta de la Virgen de la Candelaria del Socorro, La Fiesta de San Isidro Labrador, la cerámica, la cestería, los rituales de medicina tradicional, la sopa teóloga, el cultivo del ají mochero y la elaboración del caballito de totora; Analítico Sintético, este método permitió analizar el todo que es el Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de Moche y Huanchaco a partir de la descomposición del mismo en los saberes religiosos, artesanales, medicinales, gastronómicos y tecnológicos, para identificar en el análisis si estos pueden conformar un nuevo producto turístico cultural para diversificar la oferta turística; Histórico – Comparativo, permitió comparar los saberes en ambos escenarios, determinando sus orígenes en común y estableciendo sus similitudes y diferencia y genético, este método nos ayudó a conocer el origen y desenvolvimiento de los saberes culturales de Huanchaco y Moche.spainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoferta turísticaturismo cultural.costumbres y tradicionesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesis
