A. nationally accredited by the National Institute of Health. The goal raised was whether the 200 mg/100 mL Ciprofloxacin Injection meets the specifications given by the Technical Standard USP 32, the tests performed were: appearance and inspection of visible particles, volume, thin-layer identification, pH, content by HPLC. The results were light yellow solution, free of visible particles; volume: 103,33 mL; Rf: 0,9630 appropriate standard; pH: 4,2 and Content 201,49 mg of Ciprofloxacino/100 mL (100,70%). According to the results obtained is relevant to say that the batch 107020 of Injection Ciprofloxacin 200 mg/100 mL analyzed meets the technical specification of protocol analysis and Pharmacopoeia USP 32 and is therefore suitable for distribution and consumptionEn el presente informe se describe, reporta y discute los ensayos realizados como parte del Control Fisicoquímico de Ciprofloxacino 200 mg/100 mL Inyectable realizado en el Laboratorio de Control de Calidad HYPATIA S. A. acreditado a nivel nacional por el Instituto Nacional de Salud. El obejtivo planteado fue determinar si el Ciprofloxacino 200 mg/100 mL Inyectable cumple con las especificaciones dadas según su Norma Técnica USP 32; los ensayos realizados fueron: aspecto e inspección de partículas visibles, volumen, identificación por cromatografía de capa fina, pH, Contenido por HPLC. Los resultados fueron: solución ligeramente amarilla, libre de partículas visibles; volumen 103,33 mL; un Rf: 0,9630 correspondiente al estándar; pH: 4,2 y Contenido 201,49 mg de Ciprofloxacino/100 mL (100,70%).
