Si bien es cierto, la ciudad de Trujillo cuenta con distintos clubes de Madres en el distrito, las cuales son organizadas por madres de familia clasificados en pobreza o pobreza extrema. Los beneficiarios del PVL buscan recibir los insumos sin problemas y que el estado o la municipalidad les brinde una buena gestión de sus productos. Para responder a la pregunta problemática, primero se procedió con analizar los antecedentes propuestos respecto a las variables utilizadas. Para logar el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto, este trabajo tuvo un diseño de investigación de tipo cualitativo y se utilizaron como instrumento una ficha de cuestionario y como técnica la entrevista a con el fin de cumplir con la ética de la objetividad de ideas y/o trabajos intelectualesABSTRACT This research work analyzes the effectiveness of the Administrative Management of the MPT in the Glass of Milk Program. While it is true that the city of Trujillo has several Mothers' Clubs in the district, these are organized by mothers of families classified as poor or extremely poor.
