Among the most important findings it was found that the raw materials used the more were; Compacted Amoxicillin Trihydrate, Micronized Amoxicillin Trihydrate, Cephalexin Monohydrate Micronized and Cephalexin Monohydrate Compacted, which were analyzed by analytical techniques in force of Laboratory based on current USP. This test included solubility, IR identification, pH, water determination, chromatographic purity, specific rotation and tritation. It was concluded that the raw materials with higher incomes meet the specifications of current USPEl objetivo propuesto en este informe de prácticas titulada “EVALUACIÓN FISICOQUÍMICA DE MATERIAS PRIMAS UTILIZADAS EN EL LABORATORIO IQFARMA - AÑO 2014” es determinar las características fisicoquímicas de las materias primas de mayor ingreso y si estas cumplen con los parámetros establecidos por la USP vigente. Entre los hallazgos más importantes se encontró que las materias primas más utilizadas fueron la Amoxicilina Trihidrato Compactada, Amoxicilina Trihidrato Micronizada, Cefalexina Monohidrato Micronizada y Cefalexina Monohidrato Compactada, las cuales se analizaron mediante la técnica analítica vigente de la industria basada en la USP actual. Estos análisis comprendían solubilidad, identificación IR, pH, determinación de agua, pureza cromatográfica, rotación específica y valoración.
